How to apply to Hospitality Program

Hospitality Program


Step 1: Complete Registration Form and send it with required document.

Step 2: Provisional Acceptance

The admissions office considers potential students’ full profile including academic records and personal motivation.

If the application is successful and the requested course is still available, the provisional letter of acceptance will be sent within one week. The deposit must be paid within 30 days:

Registration fee: free of charge

Full bank details will be indicated in the provisional letter of acceptance. If the letter is received six weeks or less before the starting date, full fees should be transferred immediately.

If the deposit is not paid on time, the place in the course is not guaranteed. If the above payment cannot be made by the deadline set, please contact the admissions office to request an extension.

The paid deposit will be applied toward the first term fees.

Step 3: Acceptance

The confirmation letter will be issued upon receipt of the payment of the deposit (program fees).

The balance of the program fees must reach the academy’s account no later than four weeks before program start.

Once a place is confirmed, students will receive detailed information for the training program. For any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact the admissions office.

Note: The Academy reserves the right to modify the application procedures when necessary. Applicants will be notified immediately should any changes take place.

Program starts at the beginning of each month.

We accept application for program admission every working day in working hour, or applicant can do register by online in our website.

Hospitality Program:

payments can be paid in installments with 3 terms:

Term 1 – when provisional acceptance letter issued, applicant need to do re-registering – Rp 7.000.000,-

Term 2 – in the second month – Rp 2.000.000,-

Term 3 – in the third month – Rp 2.000.000,-
