F & B services is a task force or department in a hotel that handles food and beverage service needs and other related needs, from guest guests to restaurants / hotels. Has the function to send products to guests, to make lots of drinks, and in Banquet F & B services must prepare everything related to the program ordered, starting from arranging rooms, arranging equipment for guests and possibly for billing).

Competencies possessed by students after training are to have knowledge, understanding and technical abilities in terms of services or services to restaurant guests, including:

7. Technical skills such as how to carry trays, how to serve food, how to replace ashtrays, etc.
